Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund.
All fees for our services are as quoted at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but price changes will not affect services already purchased.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received in full. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in East Edwin, Rhode Island, unless otherwise agreed.

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Rhode Island, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Communication Skills Training Center regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
