At Communication Skills Training Center, we are committed to your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy explains our cancellation and refund procedures. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our training services. However, due to the personalized nature of our coaching and the time commitment involved in preparing and delivering our services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
For all service packages, you have a seven (7) day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, you may cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund, provided that:

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule sessions without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours advance notice. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time within a reasonable timeframe.
In case of documented emergencies (medical emergency, family emergency, etc.), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to reschedule or provide appropriate credits, even if less than 24 hours notice is given.
For multi-session packages purchased at a discounted rate:

Service packages are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date cannot be refunded or extended except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.
For group workshops or special programs:
If we cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another program of equal value.
Initial consultation sessions (if offered at a reduced or complimentary rate) are non-refundable once scheduled. You may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours notice.
Follow-up consultation sessions follow our standard individual session cancellation and refund policies outlined in Section 3.
